EconoGuard
is the most popular female fencing protector in the world.
Introduced in 1981, the EconoGuard is a one-piece guard made from strong,
yet flexible, low-density polyethylene, (LDPE), and held in place with
adjustable elastic straps.
Permitted for use at Federation Internationale d’Escrime (FIE) and USFA
fencing competitions.
Available in 10 sizes the EconoGuard allows optimal size selection for each
individual. The guard is undetectable under most clothing.
To avoid possible skin abrasion it is recommended that a light bra or vest
be worn under this protector.
EconoGuard is known for its comfort, light weight and very neat fit under
tight uniforms, e.g. fencing jackets. It protects the full chest and breast
area and instils confidence in the wearer. Also features “ball edge”
for greater comfort and safety.

determined by a combination of the around and under bust measurements.
